TWO DAYS TO BOOST INNOVATION: R&D DAYS AT POCLAIN VERBERIE, FRANCE

Bringing different teams together, sharing projects, ideas and the latest technology together with curious minds is one way we are creating an environment ripe for innovation at Poclain. We are weaving a new story and Poclain’s R&D Days event was the opportunity for our employees to discuss openly how we plan to take on the big technological challenges of the future.,

The last two days of September, our R&D department gathered experts and employees from diverse departments to present, discuss and learn about our latest developments. It also helped project managers and others to gain valuable outside perspective.

The event commenced with insight into our renewed vision, presented by our director committee, followed by project leaders sharing their latest achievements. From design to manufacturing, to upstream advanced studies and downstream project phases, employees exchanged during panels and workshops to dig into the newest advances at Poclain.

Throughout the event, employees from multiple sites were free to sign up and attend various modules. The program included tours and workshops on new systems, services and applications. Employees had the chance to attend presentations on innovations and advances in production and our test department, visit and learn about FAB’LAB 58, experience machine system demonstrations and more with the goal of fostering a collective innovative spirit for the success of our R&D roadmap.
